Military StarR Card Gas Discount to Increase by 60 Percent Pentagon Federal Credit Union offers a 5% return on gas purchases at any gas pump using their Visa card. Discover card just followed suit. At current prices that's about 11 cents off each gallon vs. 5 cents that AAFES is offering by using the Star Card.
